Curly Wurly's are a classic Aussie favourite! Freeze-drying concentrates the cocoa flavour, making it richer and caramelizing the sugars, enhancing the sweet and sticky flavour of the caramel centre.
Freeze-drying removes the moisture, leaving a delicate, crunchy texture that shatters in your mouth. The water content is replaced with air, making the chocolate feel feathery and less dense and melts in your mouth.
To ensure you receive the highest quality candy, we make to order. This means it may take 2-3 days for us to prepare and pack your order before shipping.
Freeze drying can alter the weight of the candy. We aim to provide approximately 100 grams in each bag, although this may vary.
