If your order contains chocolate, we highly reccomend adding a Heat Protectant Foam Box and Ice Pack at checkout to prevent items from melting in the harsh Australian weather. We will not refund any melted items if a Foam Box and Ice Pack is not ordered.

We do not usually offer returns. Under certain circumstances such as faulty products, we may make exceptions, although photographs of items will be required. Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
